New Formula NOT THE SAME
I’ve use this item for 25 years. Just bought a new tub and it’s completely different! Thinner stickier consistency. It feels awful on my face, like a tight dry film. Please bring back the old formula. This new product is not the same.

POOR CHANGES TO PRODUCT;
I used this product for years. I liked it so much I bought in bulk. A little while ago I restocked and on using the first tub I was instantly aware of the difference to the ingredients. The creme is not as rich, absorbent and does not moisturise like the original product. I purchased eight tubs and returned seven unopened tubs and have stopped using the product. Very poor and disappointing changes. I'm not sure if this is a quality control matter where the changes were forced, but it's resulted in me no longer buying.

With sadness
Hi Nivea,I have used Nivea soft for over 30 years. Tried other occasionally but always return to the soft. I have good skin thanks to you,but...............I can't use the new formula, it burns my face. What am I going to do 🤔 Feels like losing an old friend 😮‍💨
