New formula is terrible
I rarely write reviews, but the new formula is so terrible and such a devastating change that I felt compelled to add my voice to the calls from consumers to return to the old formula! The new one doesn’t absorb at all, and leaves my skin feeling tight and dry. I have used Nivea Soft for decades and now I will be forced to seek an alternative.

Terrible new formula
Nivea, what have you done to the old formula?! I’ve never had a moisturiser that dries out my skin more after I put it on but the new formula does! It stings my face and sits on top of my face instead of soaking in. What a shame, you’re losing all your loyal customers. Please return to the old formula, no one likes this.
