Nivea Soft

Ugh of course most of the new reviews are people who have received an incentive. Long time user of Nivea soft, have very sensitive, acne prone, combo skin and this was one of two moisturisers I have consistently been able to use. Why did you have to change the formula?! The old formula with lanolin was wonderfully hydrating and non greasy. The new formula is greasy, does not hydrate and causes me to break out in acne and dermatitis. Truly heartbroken! I now am only able to use Nivea crème, but this is too thick for the summer months. Why did you need to make this vegan? Purely greenwashing I’m guessing, and probably to make it cheaper. Well we can tell! It feels cheap and gross. Lanolin is a sustainable and cruelty free byproduct of the wool industry. And you are putting in so many of your other products. Literally having your own specific eucerit formula! Why not create a vegan line if you wanted to appeal to vegans. Nivea isn’t cruelty free so they won’t even want to buy your products!

Loved the old formula for 20 years. Don’t like the new formula. It feels too wet when applying then when it dries it feels like you have to crack your face , like a face mask. Bring back the old formula

Oh dear God Nivea, what have you done to my wonderful reliable moisturiser for the past 58 years. This replacement is cheap, tacky and totally different from the original one. I am beyond disappointed and hope you will at least consider returning the original one to sell alongside your other products. There are a lot of unhappy customers out there judging by the reviews.
