These are the competition specific terms and conditions for the Nivea® Win Your Share of 3 billion Competition (“the Competition”)
The promoter of the Competition is BEIERSDORF NIVEA CONSUMER PRODUCTS NIGERIA LIMITED with registration RC10666333, a private company duly incorporated under the company laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and having its registered place of business situated at The Phoenix, 4th Floor, Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria (“the Promoter”).
The Competition is only open to natural persons who are Nigerian residents, and excludes the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotional agencies, any directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of the Promoter, any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition and the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, parent, child, or sibling, of any of the persons specified aforesaid.
The Competition is open from 09h00 on 1 November 2025 and is valid until 28th February 2025 or until stocks last. Any entries received before 09h00 on 1 November 2025 and after the Closing Date will not be considered.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that their entry is received within the Competition dates. Any entries, which are received before 09h00 on 1 November 2025 and after the Closing Date, will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
The Promoter and its affiliates are not responsible for any entries, which are not received by it, regardless of the cause for non-receipt.
The Promoter and its affiliates are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer system, server, or provider, which may have hindered entry into the Competition.
To enter the Competition, entrants are required to:
Purchase any qualifying 400 ml NIVEA® lotion product, namely:
NIVEA® Cocoa 400 ml lotion
NIVEA® Rich Nourishing 400 ml lotion
NIVEA® Even Glow 400 ml lotion
NIVEA® Advanced Care 400 ml lotion

Look for the scratch-and-win sticker on the bottle neck of a qualifying NIVEA® product and scratch the sticker to reveal the unique code.

Each qualifying entrant will be awarded an airtime voucher to the value of ₦1,000.
Each qualifying entrant will also be entered into the weekly and grand prize draws.
Entrants can enter three times per week, subject to each entry being linked to a unique and separate purchase, which the Promotor may verify through the product specific barcode and corresponding purchase details. An entrant can win multiple times, but only once during a specific week of the Competition (excluding the airtime voucher).
Weekly Prizes
Each week of the Competition:
10 (ten) lucky entrants will stand a chance to each win ₦1,000,000 cash
50 (50) lucky entrants will stand a chance to each win a NIVEA® product voucher to the value of ₦50,000.
The Competition will run over a period of 3 months and in total there will be 123 cash prize winners to the total value of ₦ 130, 000, 000 and 600 Nivea Product winners to the total value of ₦ 30,000,000.
Grand Prizes
3 (three) lucky entrants will stand a chance to each win a Changan CS 35 Vehicle to the value of ₦46,000,00. In total, the value of the vehicles given away in the Competition is ₦132,000,00.
5 (five) lucky entrants and their partners will stand a chance to win a trip to see Real Madrid live in Madrid. Each prize is to the value of ₦15,000,000, in in total, the value of the prizes is ₦75,000,00.
1 (one) lucky entrant will stand a chance to win ₦5,000,000 cash.
1 (one) lucky entrant will stand a chance to win ₦3,000,000 cash.
1 (one) lucky entrant will stand a chance to win ₦2,000,000 cash
Total value of Prizes
In total, the value of the weekly prizes is ₦150,000,000 and the total value of the grand prizes is ₦ 208,000,000.
The total value of the Prizes is ₦ 358, 000, 000.
Awarding of prizes
Airtime is automatically credited to the phone number shared in the promo details form.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Prizes will be by way of a random electronic draw.
Weekly Prizes will be drawn on the Thursday of each week.
Grand Prizes will be drawn within 10 (ten) working days after the Closing Date.
All Winners must reside in Nigeria and be in possession of a valid Nigerian identity document and/or a valid permanent residence permit.
The prizes are not exchangeable nor transferable.
Eligible entrants will have 1 week from the end of the Closing Date to redeem their airtime; if an eligible entrant doesn’t claim his/her airtime in the stipulated time frame, the airtime is void and won’t be redeemable.
The Promoter will attempt to contact an eligible winner 3 (three) times over a 72 (seventy-two) hour period on the cell phone number used to enter. If an eligible winner cannot be contacted, the chance to win a prize will be forfeited and a backup eligible winner will be drawn, and these same terms and conditions shall apply.
Eligible winners will have 72 (seventy-two) hours from the date on which they were contacted by the Promotor, to verify their details, and to provide the requested details, failing which; the chance to win a prize shall be forfeited and a backup eligible winner will be drawn and these same terms and conditions shall apply.
Cash Prizes & Product Hampers
Winners of the cash prizes will be required to provide proof of identification and confirmation of banking details within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the date on which they were contacted by the Promoter, and the prize money will be transferred to the respective winner's bank account.
Winners of the product hampers will receive a Jumia online voucher on the cell phone number used to enter, to purchase NIVEA® products. Winners will have 3 months from receipt of the voucher to redeem it; if an eligible entrant doesn’t claim his/her voucher in the stipulated time frame, the voucher is void and won’t be redeemable.
Real Madrid Experience
The duration of the Real Madrid Experience is 5 (five) days during the second quarter of 2026.
The prize is inclusive of flight insurance; flights; visas, accommodation at a hotel of the Promoter’s choice; breakfast at the hotel; and $100 spending money per day per winner.
Winners of the Real Madrid Experience can choose a guest of his/her choice to accompany him/her. The partner elected to travel with the winner may not be younger than 18 years of age due to the nature of the prize. Should the elected partner not be eligible to travel with the winner to partake in the Real Madrid Experience, the winner will be entitled to elect a substitute partner provided such substitute partner is eligible to travel in order to partake in the Real Madrid Experience, failing which the winner will travel alone and without compensation for having no travel partner. In order to be eligible to travel;
The winner and his/her partner must be in possession of a valid Nigerian identity document and/or a valid permanent residence permit and a passport that is valid for 9 months after the date of international travel. The expiry date for passports must not be earlier than March 2027.
The winner and his/her partner must be eligible to travel to a Schengen country, have no criminal warrant, no financial black listing or poor credit record, and/or health issues that prohibit them to travel internationally.
The winner and his/her partner must have no restrictions to travel to a Schengen country to claim the prize, and the winner and his/her partner must be issued with the required Schengen visas to travel, if applicable. Should the winner not qualify for the necessary visa, he / she will forfeit the prize and the Promoter may exercise its discretion to draw a substitute winner, and these same terms and conditions shall apply.
It is the responsibility of the winner and his/her partner to make themselves and documents available to apply for a Schengen visa at the Embassy not later than during March 2026. Should the winner fail to obtain the necessary Schengen visa before April 2026, he / she may forfeit the prize, and the Promoter may exercise its discretion to draw a substitute winner, and these same terms and conditions shall apply.
The Real Madrid Experience prize excludes;
Items of a personal nature.
Any sightseeing and excursions that are not part of the Real Madrid Experience.
Daily drinks and meals (other than breakfast at the hotel).
Medical insurance.
Application fees for passport.
Additional spending money.
Any additional extras are to be settled by the winner of the Real Madrid Experience.
The Grand Prize Winner and his/her partner are not permitted to make any changes to the itinerary of the Real Madrid Experience.
Changan CS 35
Registration and on-road costs will be covered by the Promoter.
Insurance of the vehicle will be for the account of the winner (at least third-party car insurance).
The winner will be responsible to register the vehicle in his/her name.
The winner will be required to produce a valid Nigerian identity document and/or a valid permanent residence permit, and if not in possession of a valid driver’s license the vehicle may be transferred to a person elected by the winner in writing. If the winner, or the third party in the event of a transfer, cannot provide the necessary documentation, the winner will not be entitled to the prize and such winner will have no claim against the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to then award the prize to the next random drawn person.
The prize is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
General terms
The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or postpone or terminate the Competition immediately without notice. In the event of such change or termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents or distributors.
Neither the Promoter nor its agents, distributors, nor any of the Promoter’s directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the entrants in connection with this Competition or the use of the prizes.
The eligible prize winners may be required to sign an indemnity. Failure to sign the indemnity shall result in the prize being forfeited.
All risks and ownership of the prizes shall pass to the winners on transfer/delivery thereof and hence all the Promoter’s obligations on the Competition as well as in regard to the prizes shall terminate.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the entrants and eligible winners for entering the Competition or in claiming any prizes, where applicable.
All the information provided or related to this Competition shall be managed, captured, and approved by the Promoter, and will not be used for any other purpose than for execution of the Competition and in line with applicable legislation.
User data collected via entry for this Competition will be stored for as long as it is legally required to and in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit, or avoid any rights or obligations created for either the participant or the Promoter in terms of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2018 ("FCCPA").
By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that the Competition will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the FCCPA. Qualifying entrants undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the Promoter to comply with their obligations under the FCCPA.
The Promoter’s decision(s) shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
